💳 We currently only support credit card transactions.
When adding your credit card, we perform a payment simulation which can be visible as a temporary debit of 0 € or 1 € depending on the bank. This allows us to verify the authenticity of your bank card.
🏦 In order to guarantee payment for the service, we make a request for pre-authorization of payment at the start of each trip of €25.
We are temporarily holding your bank account, this amount may appear as a pre-authorization/deposit blocked for 6 days or for €20 of travel before the end of this period.
*This amount is not debited from your account (it will only be debited in the event of non-return to the station or damage to the bike); only the billing for your trip will be debited. Some immediate debit cards (such as Visa Electron or Maestro) can block the entire amount for a certain period. Please consult the conditions of use of your payment card issued by your bank.
Finally We use the services of Stripe Inc, a company specialized in securing online payments made with credit cards. Payments are processed through a secure and PCI-DSS certified payment interface.
